Orofacial myology focuses on the function of the muscles of the face, mouth, tongue, and jaw. Therapy addresses breathing patterns, oral posture, chewing and swallowing, jaw stability, and habits that may contribute to sleep disturbances, TMD/jaw pain, and orthodontic or airway concerns.
